YouTube influencer pricing calculator
Estimate a fair price for a sponsored YouTube video from a channel’s average views. Useful for creators setting rates and brands checking a quote.
Calculated in your browser — nothing you enter is sent or stored.
How it’s calculated
Price per video = average views ÷ 1,000 × rate. Package = price per video × number of videos, plus the usage-rights percentage.
YouTube sponsorships are usually priced on views, not subscribers, because views are what the brand’s message will actually reach. The $20–$40 per 1,000 views range is an example to start from — rates vary with niche, audience country and how the brand appears (a full dedicated video costs more than a 60-second mention).
Integration or dedicated video?
A short integration inside a regular video is the most common deal. A dedicated video about the product takes more work and uses the channel’s credibility more directly, so it’s usually priced well above an integration. Run the calculator for your integration rate, then scale up for dedicated content.
What pushes the price up
- Niche. Audiences that are expensive for brands to reach — finance, software, business — command higher rates.
- Audience location. Viewers in high-spending countries are worth more to advertisers.
- Engagement. A channel whose viewers comment and act on recommendations delivers more than views alone suggest; our engagement rate calculator shows how yours compares.
- Usage rights. If the brand wants to reuse your video in its own ads, that’s extra.
For brands
Use average views across recent regular uploads, not the channel’s biggest hit, and ask for analytics screenshots showing audience country and retention before agreeing a price.
Tips to improve your numbers
- Quote on average views of recent uploads — brands will check.
- Offer a package (e.g. three videos) at a lower per-video price in exchange for a longer commitment.
- Put usage rights and exclusivity in writing, with a time limit.
- Keep a media kit with average views, audience countries and engagement rate.

Frequently asked questions
Why price on views instead of subscribers?
Because views are what a sponsored video actually delivers. Many subscribers don’t watch every upload.
Where do the default rates come from?
They’re an example starting range, not an industry standard. Adjust them to your niche and audience.
What are usage rights?
Permission for the brand to reuse your content — for example in its own ads. It’s normally priced as an extra percentage for a set period.
Is this a quote?
No — it’s a starting point for your own negotiation.
