Why Do We Offer Refills?
We understand that users may unfollow, unlike or disappear over time if they are no longer interested, inactive, or due to routine platform cleanups. This is normal behavior across all social platforms. Our refill policy ensures you receive the full value of your purchase.
How a Refill Is Calculated
When your order starts, we record the start count - your followers, likes, views, subscribers or whatever the order is for. The final count is the start count plus the amount you ordered. A refill applies when the live count has fallen below the final count but is still at or above the start count, and we top it back up to the final count.
- Example: a post has 200 likes and you order 1,000. The start count is 200 and the final count is 1,200. If it later shows 950, we refill the 250 that dropped.
- If the live count is at or above the final count, nothing has been lost from the order, so no refill is needed.
- If the live count has fallen below the start count, the refill does not apply.
Important Notes
- Followers or engagement gained from other sources during this time are not counted, as they cannot be verified.
- Temporary fluctuations during delivery are normal and not considered drops.
- No refills will be provided if drops are caused by:
- Username changes
- Profile set to private
- Content violations or platform penalties
- Using multiple providers for the same service simultaneously
