How it’s calculated
We analyze the account’s recent posts and run a short, transparent checklist. The score is simply the share of checks passed. The checks:
- Bio filled in, and (TikTok, X) a link in the bio; (X) a profile photo.
- Posted in the last 7 days.
- Posting pace: at least weekly on YouTube, 3 times a week on TikTok and X — our own targets, not platform rules.
- The newest 5 posts get at least as many views as the ones before them.
- No single recent post has more than half of all recent views.
- Posts get comments.
Why a checklist instead of a mystery score
Many “account scores” don’t say how they’re calculated. Here every check is listed with the number behind it, so you can see exactly why an account scored the way it did — and disagree with a target if it doesn’t fit your strategy.
What the checks catch
The first checks are quick profile fixes. The pace and recency checks catch accounts that have gone quiet. The trend check shows whether recent posts are doing better or worse than earlier ones, and the spread check flags accounts relying on one hit.
After the audit
Fix the profile items first — they take minutes. Then work on pace and formats. The comparison tool shows how your numbers stack up against accounts you’re competing with.
Tips to improve your numbers
- Fix the quick profile items first.
- A steady posting pace beats bursts followed by silence.
- If the trend check fails, look at what changed in your recent posts.
- Re-run the audit after a month of changes.
