How to find a comment's link
Every YouTube comment has its own link. On a computer, click the time next to the commenter's name (for example "2 days ago"); the page reloads with that comment highlighted at the top, and the address bar shows a link ending in &lc= followed by the comment's ID. Copy that whole link. A video link without &lc= is not enough, because it does not say which comment should get the likes.
