Bilibili

Bilibili

Bilibili

• Open your video and copy its link from the address bar or the share option.
• Paste the link on the order form, choose the amount and check out.
• Keep the video public while the order runs.

A video link looks like bilibili.com/video/BV… , with the video's BV number. Short links from the app's share option work too, as long as they open the video. Your space (channel) link is not enough, because views go on one video.

Bilibili

• Creators starting a new channel or series.
• Brands reaching young Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Game studios releasing trailers and developer videos.
• Musicians and virtual singers posting songs and covers.
• Overseas creators uploading translated or subtitled videos for Chinese viewers.
• Animators sharing original shorts.

• Write a title in Chinese that is specific and interesting; Bilibili titles are often playful.
• Design a strong cover with clear text, since covers are shown large in lists.
• Choose the right zone (分区) and tags, so the video reaches the right viewers.
• Add Chinese subtitles if the video is in another language.
• Write a description with credits, sources and links to related videos.

Danmaku is part of the fun on Bilibili. Viewers react to jokes, cheer at key moments and add context. Leave room in your videos for those reactions, and read the danmaku on your uploads to learn what viewers love. Reply to comments, pin a good one, and thank viewers for coins and favourites. Creators who join in with their community grow faster than those who simply upload.

Bilibili

Bilibili has a growing number of creators from outside China, who post in their own language with Chinese subtitles or learn to present in Chinese. If you are one of them, take time to understand the culture of your zone, use local references carefully and ask Chinese-speaking friends to check your titles and subtitles. A video that feels made for Bilibili does much better than a straight reupload.

Keep the play count in proportion to your channel and your videos' other numbers. A new space with a handful of followers and a video with 3 million plays and no danmaku looks odd. A few thousand plays on a creator's early videos looks normal. As real viewers arrive, danmaku, likes and coins should follow; a video with plays but no reactions at all looks unbalanced.

実例

An indie game studio in Europe is releasing its game in Chinese and starts a Bilibili space. It uploads its trailer with Chinese subtitles, a playful Chinese title checked by a translator and a cover designed for Bilibili. It orders views on the trailer so the play count looks healthy when gamers find it in the game zone. Viewers who watch it fill the danmaku with reactions, and some follow the space for development updates. The studio posts a devlog every two weeks and answers comments in Chinese.

Bilibili viewers love series: a weekly explainer, a game playthrough in parts, a cooking challenge or a learning diary. Number your episodes, keep a consistent cover style and group them into a collection on your space. Viewers who enjoy one episode will often watch the rest, and many follow so they do not miss the next. Put views on the first episode, so new viewers start at the beginning.

Bilibili viewers expect sources and credits for music, clips and facts, so list them in your description.

• Make sure the video is public and has passed review.
• Use the link to one video with its BV number.
• Do not delete or replace the video while the order runs.

Views raise the play count. They do not add danmaku, likes, coins, favourites or followers, and they do not decide where Bilibili recommends your video. Support comes from viewers who enjoy it.

We only need the public video link. We never ask for your Bilibili login, and nothing is posted from your account.
